Ms. Grace
Ms. Grace began her ballet training at Northern Virginia Dance Academy when she was four years old and continued her ballet training under Robin Conrad Sturm and jazz/modern under Robert E. Sturm.
She attended Northern VA Community College, obtaining her A.S. in General Studies. While at NVCC, she created their first performing dance company, "NOVA Dance Company." She also competed and won the title of "NOVA's Favorite Dancer" in 2014. Ms. Grace obtained her B.A. in History and Minor in Dance from George Mason University in 2018, gradutation cum laude. Ms. Grace received InsideNoVA's Best of Prince William 2020 and 2021 "Best Dance Instrctor/Choreopgrapher" award in August 2020 and July 2021. She has danced with Asaph Dance Ensemble from 2011-2020. Her repertory with the company includes "Butterfly", "Light", and "Fish" in The Nutcracker - Clara's Christmas, "Silient Night solo" in Love Has Brough Him Here, "For Unto Us a Child is Born" and "He Shall Purify" in Handle's Messiah, "The Egyptian Princess" in Moses Chronicles, "Doves" in The Birds, and featured/soloist roles in Turning The Heart, and On The Edge. Ms. Grace appeared as a guest artist for Prince William County Dance in titles roles such as: "Alice" in Alice in Wonderland, "Aurora" in Sleeping Beauty, "Cinderella" in Cinderella, and "Sugar Plum Fairy" and Snow Queen" in Nutcracker. Ms. Grace was Artistic Director of Norther Virginia Dance Academy from June 2020 until their permanent closure in December 2021. Under Ms. Grace's direction, NVDA received Inside NoVA's "Best Dance Studio 2021" in July 2021 and one of four studios awarded in Prince William Times Reader Choice" Best Dance Studio 2021." Ms. Isabella
Bella has been dancing for nearly 20 years. She started out at the age of 3 where she grew up training at her home studio, Barton and Williams School of Dance, all the way up until she graduated high school at the age of 17. Here she was able to learn a variety of dance styles and gain 10 years of competition experience. To further develop her technique, she also trained at the Avery Ballet as well as the Classical Ballet of Fredericksburg. While competing, she was able to have many opportunities and scholarships to travel around the country and dance at places such as the Joffrey Ballet, Broadway Dance Center, and Dancer Palooza. High school is where she embraced the choreographer role, specializing in styles such as lyrical, contemporary, and jazz. When Bella graduated high school, she attended Virginia Tech and earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science with a major in biology.

Ms. Keeley
Keeley started dancing at the age of 3 in all styles such as jazz, ballet, lyrical, hip-hop and tap. She began teaching and choreographing at the age of 18 for her home studio in Orange, VA. Keeley attended the University of Arts in Philadelphia, PA for a degree in dance. Since college, Keeley has taken her students to become national champions and title winners. Also winning multiple choreography awards and scholarships. Keeley loves teaching and choreographing, and sharing her passion with kids through hard work and fun.

Ms. Kelly
Ms. Kelly grew up dancing competitively/training in all styles of dance for 10 years with Dancensations Dance Center. She was a Varsity and All American Cheerleader and Team captain. She was a cheer coach for Thomas Edison High School for 7 years. She has her Masters Degree in Secondary Education and is currently a Barre Belnd Super Block Cast Member. She is head of our competition/performance cheer team.

Ms. JennMs. Jenn danced when she was younger as well as studied music and traveled in an ensemble. She taught many private lessons and became a certified cheer coach prior to coming to Dreams of Dance. Since having her children, Ms. Jenn has found a new love for the art in teaching the youngest of dancers. Her goal is to provide a nurturing, recreational environment while dancers begin to explore ways they can be expressive through movement and creativity.

Ms. Lacey
Ms. Lacey grew up in Fauquier County and trained for 7+ years in many styles of dance including jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, lyrical and more. In her teen years, she began her dance instructor career. She also coached competitive gymnastics for three years before obtaining a degree in nursing. A few years after starting her family, Lacey left the medical field to be home with her children. She has a heart for being a positive role model for children while providing a safe and encouraging class environment.

Ms. Shawna
Ms. Shauna is from Charlottesville, VA and started dancing at the age of 3. She grew up attending her hometown dance studio studying ballet, jazz, lyrical, contemporary and hip hop. She was also head choreographer and captain of her high school dance team. She spent her summers studying hip hop and commercial dance in Los Angeles with the LA Cultural Exchange Program and also attended a summer jazz intensive with the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City. Shauna recently attended James Madison University where she studied elementary education with a minor in dance. During her time at JMU she participated in groups such as Mozaic and Dancing Dukes.
